When we first established World Changers Church International (WCCI), no one was willing to show us anything. We were forced to discover things on our own. Although I thank God for those times of learning, I can’t help but wonder how much more quickly things could have happened if we had an anointed ministry to show us the way. This is one reason why I believe CDMA is so important. Time is short. Ministries must grow quickly.
Creflo Dollar
Creflo Dollar is the founder and senior pastor of World Changers Church International (WCCI) in College Park, Georgia; World Changers Church-New York; and a host of fellowship churches throughout the United States and internationally. WCCI also has offices in Australia (serving the Asia-Pacific region), South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom, and India.

Taffi Dollar
Taffi Dollar is a celebrated author, teacher, and well-known conference speaker. Together with her husband, Creflo Dollar, she pastors more than 30,000 active members at World Changers Church International, World Changers Church-New York, and a host of fellowship churches throughout the U.S. and internationally.
She is the founder of the WCCI Women’s Ministry and Prestige Ministry, both geared toward assisting and inspiring women. Through these ministries, she eloquently brings light to women’s everyday struggles and gives heartfelt, life-improving advice.Voted one of Atlanta’s most influential women by the Atlanta Business League, her influence expands beyond ministry into music. She serves as the CEO of Arrow Records, a cutting-edge Christian recording label, and has been a guest panelist at numerous music festivals and workshops.
Kenneth Fuller
Kenneth Fuller is the founder of Kenneth Fuller Ministries and has been serving in pastoral ministry for more than thirty years. As a fourth generation Baptist minister, licensed and ordained in 1982, he began full-time pastoral ministry in 1985.
As the Senior Manager of Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association (CDMA), Kenneth Fuller is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of business development. He oversees all channels of marketing and recruitment, as well as provides direction and instruction to pastors and ministers affiliated with the organization.
Kenneth Fuller is a wonderful man of God. He was a devoted, loving, caring, and attentive husband to his wife, Sis. Gloria Fuller, for over 50 years, and the father of three anointed children. He is the awesome grandfather of several beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sheila Wall
Sheila is the Project Coordinator for Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association. She provides administrative support and assists members with requests. She is the liaison between CDMA Regional Ambassadors and the CDMA Office.
Sheila has been a member of World Changers Church International and a member of the staff for more than 20 years. Sheila is the wife of Michael Wall, and the mother of two beautiful children, Christopher James and Jessica Nicole.

The Creflo Dollar Ministerial Association is an organization established by Dr. Creflo Dollar to bring ministers together in a covenant relationship to serve one another and maximize the visions of the individual ministries. “Covenant affiliation” is a phrase that accurately describes the heartbeat of CDMA. No minister or organization affiliated with CDMA is without a spiritual “covering.” No member is alone or without support or guidance. As far as Dr. Dollar is concerned, “Covenant is simply about helping people. It is about exchanging strengths for weaknesses, until those weaknesses have been completely eliminated.”
